Quantile® Framework for Mathematics: Extension to Calculus and Advanced Statistics

A research study was conducted to incorporate calculus and advanced statistics into the Quantile Framework for Mathematics. As a result of the study tests measuring higher mathematical ability containing calculus and advanced statistics content can be linked with the Quantile Framework. Additionally, a richer representation of the interrelated nature of mathematics through the Quantile Knowledge Clusters can be utilized for instruction; and a more thorough representation of the career demands that include calculus or advanced statistics is now represented in the Quantile Framework’s Career Database.
