New Lexile Text Analyzer Content Creator With Powerful Editing Tools Unveiled by MetaMetrics

Analyzer empowers content developers to analyze English and Spanish content, certify Lexile measures on demand

DURHAM, N.C. –  August 2, 2022 – Today MetaMetrics® unveiled the Lexile® Text Analyzer Content Creator, a powerful text analyzer that reports Lexile measures and provides the ability for content developers to create aligned text as they go. Using the Lexile Text Analyzer Content Creator allows companies to streamline the targeted development of material for learners at all levels.

In support of MetaMetrics’ commitment to ensuring its measures accelerate reading development for young learners, the Lexile Text Analyzer Content Creator also reports four types of early-reading indicators – semantic, syntactic, decoding and structure demand. The Lexile Text Analyzer Content Creator makes content measurement easier and faster for educational content developers. New features include:

  • Vocabulary list creation. The Lexile Text Analyzer Content Creator includes Lexile PowerV®, which generates vocabulary lists of challenging words. Content developers can provide these lists to support learning.
  • Spanish text creation and measurement. Now content developers can use the same tool to create aligned Spanish language content and measure existing texts, receiving Lexile measures.
  • Instant content certification. Content developers with subscription measurement plans can receive certified Lexile measures on demand for qualifying content, saving 25 days in go-to-market time.
