Many states have partnered with MetaMetrics to provide students with Quantile measures through annual state assessment programs. State assessments are cumulative and used to assess learning. While assessments of this type are generally not used to guide instruction, by incorporating Quantile measures into their assessment system parents and teachers can utilize the Quantile Framework to improve a student’s mathematical ability.
